After graduating from the University of Melbourne, Bonnie worked at the Victorian College of Optometry, then private practice, and completed her Postgraduate Diploma in Advanced Clinical Optometry. She gained valuable experience in different areas of optometry, including children's vision, low vision and general optometry. Bonnie then worked at a laser and ophthalmology clinic, before joining the Vision One Eyecare team in 2009. She has completed her postgraduate certificate in Ocular Therapeutics, which allows for the provision of certain prescription-only medications for eye conditions.

Joe came to Vision One Eyecare in 2014. After working in east Gippsland as a graduate optometrist, he consulted at Carrum Downs and Langwarrin while completing a masters by research. Joe subsequently worked as a senior clinical teaching instructor at the University of Melbourne, where he refined his teaching, research and clinical skills before joining the Mornington team in 2022. Joe holds a keen interest in the diagnosis and management of ocular disease. He has extensive co-management experience with ophthalmologists in both public and private settings, and he welcomes the challenging and rewarding opportunities of shared patient care with other health professionals.

After graduating with honours from The University of Melbourne Michelle has gained a wide range of clinical experience with several independent practices. Her professional interests include contact lens fitting, childrens vision and preventative eye care. After many years as a Senior Optometrist with OPSM, Michelle joined Vision One Eyecare in 2014. Michelle has a special interest in paediatric and behavioural optometry and has completed further education with ACBO and the American Optometric Extension Program. She is passionate about ensuring children have the best possible vision for learning and experienced in managing strabismus, amblyopia, vision related learning problems and myopia control. Michelle enjoys providing quality vision care to people of all ages.
